Cancel anytime
FlipFresh Pro and CrossFresh Pro are month-to-month subscriptions with no contract. You can cancel anytime from your account. When you cancel, your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period and is not renewed.
Refunds
If you're not satisfied, email support@retailelf.com within 7 days of a charge and we'll refund that month's payment, no hassle. Because access is delivered immediately, refunds beyond the 7-day window are handled case-by-case at our discretion.

Billing questions
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. For any billing concern, contact support@retailelf.com.
