These Terms govern your use of the RetailElf websites (retailelf.com) and the FlipFresh and CrossFresh browser extensions (together, the "Services"), operated by RetailElf ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Services do
FlipFresh helps you re-post your own Facebook Marketplace listings. CrossFresh helps you copy your own Facebook Marketplace listings to another Facebook profile you control. The Services act on your behalf using your own logged-in Facebook session and only on actions you initiate.
2. Eligibility & acceptable use
- You must be at least 18 and have the right to use the Facebook accounts you operate.
- You agree to use the Services only with listings and accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- You agree not to use the Services to post unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or prohibited content, or in violation of Facebook/Meta's terms.
- You are responsible for your listings, your accounts, and your compliance with all marketplace rules and applicable law.
3. No affiliation with Meta/Facebook
The Services are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook. "Facebook" and "Marketplace" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (FlipFresh Pro and CrossFresh Pro) are billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
5. Account safety & no guarantee
The Services include safeguards (human-like pacing, daily caps, content variation) to reduce the risk of marketplace flags, but we cannot and do not guarantee that your account will not be limited, restricted, or banned by Facebook. You use the Services at your own risk and remain solely responsible for your accounts.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost listings, or account actions taken by Facebook/Meta. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
